Flying Pig Bookstore
Joanne Palmisano, author of Salvage Secrets, will be conducting a fun crafting event: Bringing Outdated Table Lamps Back To Life. A simple decoupage project for all to enjoy. She will be bring all the materials, including recycled lamps to choose from. Salvage Secrets, published by W.W. Norton in September 2011, has received acclaim from Architectural Digest (on their gift giving list for 2011), HGTV, Apartment Therapy, Fine Homebuilding, and many many other national publications. The book has already gone to reprint and Joanne is currently working on another book. Event $10, includes the lamp you work on. There will copies of her book on hand, which she will sign and she is happy to answer questions about salvage material and more.

What a BLAST this event was!  I signed lots of books and of course, took home a suitcase full of vintage, salvaged pieces! Thank you Sweet Salvage!

Thank you Rejuvenation...Nicole, Dawn, Lisa, Chris, Nigel... Everyone there!  What a fun event.  I was so nervous to give my talk -- but it was a blast and lots of fun people.  Susan Teare (my photographer) and I can't wait to come back.
